Co-Founder
Suresh co-founded Bondbazaar with the vision to close the gaps that have kept the Bond market at a distance from retail customers. He is a bond market specialist with a career spanning over 20 years in the financial markets with market leading institutions like L&T Financial Services.
Suresh is a Chartered Accountant who passionately believes in the opportunity to enable and educate investors about bonds and its advantages over other forms of investment.
Jyotheesh Kumar
Chief Technology Officer
A seasoned techno-commercial leader and part of the founding management team at Bondbazaar is the Chief Technology Officer .
An Entrepreneur manager with rich experience in digital transformation, business and distribution, startups, entrepreneurship, comes with over 25+ years managing and overseeing an array of business verticals at leadership levels across Banking & Financial Services, Automobile and Logistics.
His prior stints have been with HDFC Bank, HDFC Securities, Hyundai Motor India Ltd, Bajaj Auto Ltd and also Co-founded a Logistics startup at key Senior Management and founder Director levels. He has rich experience overseeing Online & Digital Business, Distribution, Product management, Marketing and PR, Financial Planning, Business strategy, Channel development, Retail lending, Strategic and key technology projects, Private banking & NRI businesses.
Jyotheesh is an Engineer, MBA by qualification and brings leadership, business ingenuity and digital transformation execution abilities to the Business. Besides work, in his spare time he loves playing Basketball, watching movies, listening to music, travelling, reading and mentoring young entrepreneurs.
Prashant Sinha
Executive Director Head - Risk and Special products
Prashant is an expert in structured finance, project finance, term loan & other wholesale banking products.
His career spans over 16 years with successful association with L&T Infra Finance as Chief Risk Officer (wholesale banking) managing a portfolio of around INR 45000 Crore (7 Billion USD). Prior to that his noteworthy stints include Suzlon Wind Energy A/S and Areva.
He is an IIM Indore alumnus tasked with managing the Risk and Special Products division in Bondbazaar.
Samir Agarwal
Executive Director Head - Structured Finance & Retail Inventory Group
Samir is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years’ experience around Institutional Syndication, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business & Product Development, Capital Markets, Debt Structuring, Credit Underwriting, Financial Modelling & Procuring New Deals under the brand names like Axis Bank, Axis Finance & Northern Arc Capital Limited (erstwhile IFMR Capital).
He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, MBA (Finance) from Management Development Institute, certified LSE (Entrepreneurial Edge Program) from London School of Business and responsible for the Structured Finance & Retail Inventory Division at Bondbazaar.
Amit Jain
Executive Director Head - Operations & Transaction Compliance
Amit is a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset in Operations, Mid Office & Compliance function in Wholesale & Retail Lending Business.
He has over 20 years’ experience with ICICI Bank, L&T Financial Services in Operational Risk, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, and Regulatory Compliance.
Amit is a Chartered Accountant and handles the Operations and Transaction compliance function at Bondbazaar.

Senior Director - Head Customer Acquisition (Retail) & Infra Business
Bhavin is a finance professional with over 17 years’ experience, a majority of it being spent in wholesale and corporate banking - mainly client coverage and origination, transaction structuring and portfolio risk management.
Bhavin possesses a strong domain knowledge in infrastructure and allied sectors. His noteworthy stints are with Reliance Power Ltd. L&T Financial services and Infra.market
He is a Chartered Accountant and LLB, managing the Infra Business and Retail Customer Acquisition Group at Bondbazaar.
Shashank Verma
Executive Vice President Head – Credit Structuring and Sales
Shashank, an IIM Indore alumnus, began his career with ICICI Bank Treasury by structuring mandates and managing key relationships spanning across key institutional investors: FPIs, Mutual Funds, Insurances, Corporates, Banks, etc.
In a career spanning more than a decade in the fixed-income markets, Shashank specializes in the origination, trading, and placement of non-AAA debt instruments (high-yield credit) and was responsible for managing certain fixed-income funds during his stint at Axis AMC.
His in-depth understanding of the macro and capital markets has been instrumental in portfolio management, credit structuring, placement & trading of high yield debt”
