Login Process
1. Click on Login
2. Click on Unblock user
3. Enter the user id (Client can retrieve the user id from the welcome email).
4. Enter the DOB (Date of Birth) and PAN card number.
5. Click on Submit.
6. Account will be unblocked, and new password will be sent on registered mobile number and email id.
Change Password
- Click on Login and enter the password received on the mobile number or email id followed by Secure token.
- Enter the current password ( i.e., Password received on mobile number or email id)
- Enter the New password.
- Enter the above-mentioned password again for the confirmation.
- Post Password change client is expected to login with the User id and new password followed by the secure token.
(Password is case sensitive please enter the password received on the mobile number or email id)
Once you verify your secure token, you will log in to your Bondbazaar account, and the terminal page will be shown to you.
